Section: Corporate incentives. 1 day activities
The day aims to bring a crew of people unfamiliar with sailing to run the sailboat in total autonomy and to create a cohesive working team. The final sailing regatta will be a time of great fun and will leave a positive memory of the experience.
The event will start in the marina "Sporting Club Le Saline" in Chioggia with the welcoming of participants and the description of the program. Then, Venice Work Sailing skipper will expose and develop base navigation techniques in the meeting room.
The day will go on with first training maneuvers with the boat moored at the quay, assignment of crews to the skipper of competence and division of roles. Once in the sea the training will continue to improve and close-knit the team. Catering lunch on board.
In the afternoon there will be the sailing regatta with buoys and jury boat: the participants to the corporate event will compete in a race on 3 sides. Back to the base in the late afternoon. Corporate award ceremony and a toast all together in marina’s saloon. Optional refreshments with typical products of Chioggia.
