Section: experiential training – 1 day, step 1.
Required minimum number of two boats to carry the race and at least 10 participants.
The outdoor team building course is preceded by a meeting with the customer to define the objective of the training.
The team building activity on sailboat is implemented through an active and direct approach to learning, using the metaphor of life on board / business reality, involvement and fun with educational purposes. The sport activity is only an effective means to discover and develop the potential of the individual and helps to face conflicts at work with a positive attitude.
In the morning, guests' welcoming in the marina “Sporting Club Le Saline”: illustration of the experiential training activities in the meeting room, short theoretical knowledge of equipment, self- allocation of roles and first training maneuvers with the boat moored at the quay.
Once out at sea you sail in turn, under the guidance of the skipper and the trainer to activate alternative systems of communication and stimulate a reaction in unusual situations. In the afternoon there will be the corporate sailing regatta with buoys and jury boat.
The day ends with a debriefing and analysis of outdoor training: as the event has changed the behavior of the team, correlation between individual role and group membership, achievements. Corporate award ceremony in the garden of the marina. Optional refreshments with typical Chioggia products.
