Incentive race, advanced training event

Section: experiential training. 2nd step (4 full days)
Chioggia - Rovinj - Chioggia or Transadriatica

The incentive race is the step following the program “Experiential training in 2 days” as it is a more challenging training path for the following reason:

• The length of the race requires 3 overnight stay for the crew and, consequently, the coexistence in a confined space in different situations.
• Participation in a real regatta and not in one designed for the group: the team will respect the rules dictated by the RC, such as to continue the race even in bad weather.
• Another difficulty is the night sailing with a rostering crew.
• Comparison with external teams driven by strong competitive spirit

The nature of this training project will be discussed in a pre-event meeting between client and trainer to agree on targets to be achieved. After the event will follow a training follow-up to analyze the data.
