Required minimum number of two boats to carry the race and at least 10 participants.
The experiential training course on a sailing boat is preceded by a meeting with the customer to define the objective of the training. The development of the day implemented by the corporate trainer / psychologist, will have a path defined by this goal as well as lead to the consolidation of the corporate teamwork and an excellent team management with a positive impact in the workplace.
The program provides experiential training in two days: guests’ welcoming in our basis “Sporting Club Le Saline", illustration of the activities, short theoretical knowledge of equipment and, finally, self- allocation of roles with the coordination of the skipper and trainer.
After the first training maneuvers with the boat moored at the quay, finally we sail and we train in turn to activate alternative systems of communication in unusual situations. Catering on board.
The day continues with exercises to prepare the team for next day regatta: maneuvers of increasing difficulty soliciting the cooperation of individuals, coordination and team management.
Back in the basis before 17.30. Debriefing in the meeting room with skipper and trainers: analysis of sailing and behavior of participants, study of strategy for the following race. Dinner at the marina’s restaurant with the skipper and the team.
The next day, the team working program on a sailing boat begins with breakfast prepared by the crew, short briefing to explain regatta rules of competition. In the afternoon there will be the corporate sailing regatta with buoys and jury boat.
Back in the marina, the trainer will analyze the experiential training : as the event has changed the behavior of the team, the correlation between individual role and group membership, achievements.
Corporate award ceremony and a toast all together in marina’s saloon. Optional refreshments with typical products of Chioggia.
