Section: corporate incentives. 2 days activities
This incentive program provides the event in 2 days and combines 2 objectives: to convey the company message with a dedicated meeting and bring a crew of people unfamiliar with sailing to run the sailboat in total autonomy and to create a close-knitted working team. The final sailing regatta will be a time of great fun and will leave a positive memory of the experience.
The event, including corporate meeting can be arranged during the week or weekend.
Venice Work Sailing Team will welcome the Company in the marina “Sporting Club Le Saline” and describe the program. Then through the projection of slides, the skipper will develop and expose the foundations of sailing with technical documentation for each participant.
The day will go on with first training maneuvers with the boat moored at the quay, assignment of crews to the skipper of competence and division of roles.
The sailing regatta will take place in the early afternoon after an adequate training of the participants who will arrive to run the boat in total autonomy. The crews will compete in a race on 3 sides with buoys, jury boat and notice to mariners.
At the end of the race award of the winners and toast all together in the marina's meeting room.
Transfer of the guest to the 4* hotel which is located opposite the marina. The Company's dinner will take place in the famous restaurant “Le Baruffe Chioggiotte” next to the hotel or in an another restaurant.
The corporate meeting will be held the next day in the hotel conference room or at the "Sporting Club Le Saline" meeting room. Optional: refreshments made from local products in the garden of the marina, photo and custom DVD of the event.
