In this section you will have the opportunity to see some of the most interesting programs of outdoor training on sailboat Venice Work Sailing  has organized since 2005 for companies, training companies, incentive houses and DMC agencies.

These are mostly outdoor training activities, incentive systems, team motivation and corporate sailing events that take place in the Northern Adriatic and combine with the sailing on other activities such as horseback riding or bike tour. Of course, all programs can be tailored to specific needs and goals of the client.
