The Val Badia, in the heart of the Dolomites, is a magical place to practice winter sports and enjoy the beautiful scenery of the mountains. In this Dolomites scenery, Venice Work Sailing offers a special team building in the snow: a suggestive activities with snowshoes in Val Badia for fun, relax and strengthen the working team
Day 1: the arrival in the mountain resort is scheduled in the morning. A representative of the Venice Work Sailing Team will welcome participants in 3* hotel chosen for the stay, and explain the program. Lunch in typical restaurant with tasting of local dishes. In the early afternoon walk in the woods next to the restaurant or shopping in the village for the purchase of mountain crafts. Return to the hotel: relax in the hotel wellness center (sauna, turkish bath, swimming pool, gym) or team building play.
"The 5 senses" is a challenge for teams in the world of wine to choose the host tasting better the "nectar of Bacchus." Award Ceremony during or after dinner.
Day 2: in the morning team building activities with snowshoes. The participants, supported by a ski instructor, will be divided into teams that will compete in a relay race. The team in better physical shape and with the best strategy will be awarded with the "Cup of winter."
Alternatively to the activity of team working, you can hike with snowshoes in total relaxation, always accompanied by a local ski instructor.
Lunch in the country and return to destination.
