The section "Not only sailing" offers alternative programs to outdoor training in sailboat.
Work Venice Sailing team has developed in recent years, other activities as effective as those in sailboat, designed for companies and agencies wishing to apply the original incentive systems and corporate training outdoors in order to improve team management and communication between corporate employees.

Examples are:
In spring and summer, excursions in Dragon Boat, large Chinese canoes for outdoor training, used to develop group cohesion by improving the management of the corporate team. During the winter, snowshoeing in the beautiful scenery of the Dolomites.  Perfect throughout the year visits to wineries in the Friuli region, including team building with the "five senses ".
